No Winter Boating Access at Carter Lake and Horsetooth

Due to funding and staffing issues, and requirements for ANS inspections for every vessel entering these waters, there will be no boating access at Carter Lake and Horsetooth Reservoir temporarily, and possibly until March, 2012.  The public will be notified of changes.
