    Gary Kim Parrish "Cowboy Grandpa" was the son of the late Juanema Jean Key Parrish and Ewell Vaughn Parrish. This tough but gentle cowboy was born June 1, 1951 in Boulder, Colorado. and died on the ranch in his home November 12, 2016. Gary left Berthoud High School to join the Marine Corps and served in combat in Vietnam from 1968 to 1970 and was honorably discharged.
