  Charles L. Winston, 85 of Berthoud, Colorado passed away on Monday, October 17, 2011 at the Paonia Care and Rehab Center in Paonia, Colorado, with his family by his side. Charles was born on August 4, 1926 to Roy L. and Flora E (Bender) Winston in Mission Creek Township, Kansas. The family moved to Berthoud in 1935 from Topeka, Kansas. Harmon arrested in Johnstown

The Larimer County Sheriff's Department is reporting Berthoud police have arrested a man in connection to an armed robbery in Laramie, Wyoming.  The sheriff's department says 22 year old Rayburn Scott Harmon was arrested in Johnstown without incident. Harmon was wanted for an alleged robbery in Laramie and and was also accused of stealing a 2006 Cadillac Escalade that he reported sinking into Carter Lake last Monday after he had taken it for a test drive from a Berthoud auto ...   Jacob Scott Belt, DOB: 021092, and Blake Eric Bratrud, DOB: 111891, both of Estes Park, were booked into the Larimer County Jail last night on felony charges of 1st Degree Arson, 2nd Degree Burglary and a misdemeanor charge of Theft. Belt and Bratrud were arrested by the Estes Park Police Department yesterday on felony warrants issued by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.
