  Charles L. Winston, 85 of Berthoud, Colorado passed away on Monday, October 17, 2011 at the Paonia Care and Rehab Center in Paonia, Colorado, with his family by his side. Charles was born on August 4, 1926 to Roy L. and Flora E (Bender) Winston in Mission Creek Township, Kansas. The family moved to Berthoud in 1935 from Topeka, Kansas. The Larimer County Sheriff's Department is reporting Berthoud police have arrested a man in connection to an armed robbery in Laramie, Wyoming.  The sheriff's department says 22 year old Rayburn Scott Harmon was arrested in Johnstown without incident.
