Spartan Softball Advance To State Semi-Finals

Berthoud  The Berthoud High School softball team won each of their state tournament playoff games on Friday and, for the second consecutive year, will advance to the 3A State semi-finals. The Lady Spartans toppled Holyoke 7-2 in the Round 1 game before beating second-seed Holy Family 13-8 in the quarter-final game. Berthoud will face off against Rocky Ford at 10:00am Saturday morning at Aurora Sports Park.
