  September 26, 2013 The Larimer County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the City of Fort Collins is providing residents of Storm Mountain access to Power Line Trail via the Bobcat Ridge Natural Area.  This area will only be accessible with specialized vehicles designed to handle the extremely rough terrain or by horseback or hiking in.
