Sysum sentenced to five years in mortgage fraud Greeley, CO – A Fort Collins man convicted in a mortgage fraud scheme was sentenced in Weld County District Court on Wednesday to five years in prison. A jury in December convicted Matthew Sysum (DOB: 08/13/1969) of seven counts of Forgery, a Class 5 felony, and one count of Theft, a Class 3 felony. LARAMIE, Wyo. — Police in Laramie, Wyo., are looking for a man suspected of stealing from a Walmart in Laramie and stealing a vehicle in Colorado. Police say 22-year-old Rayburn Scott Harmon is believed to be driving a stolen black 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The Rawlins Daily Times reports Harmon is accused of failing to return the Escalade to a car dealership in Berthoud, Colo., after taking it for a test drive.
