Sysum sentenced to five years in mortgage fraud Greeley, CO – A Fort Collins man convicted in a mortgage fraud scheme was sentenced in Weld County District Court on Wednesday to five years in prison. A jury in December convicted Matthew Sysum (DOB: 08/13/1969) of seven counts of Forgery, a Class 5 felony, and one count of Theft, a Class 3 felony.   Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Shane Wagner, DOB: 03/26/1985 of Bellfourche, South Dakota and Jeremy Christopherson, DOB:  01/23/1987, of Spearfish, South Dakota for possession of 28.75 ounces of marijuana. LARAMIE, Wyo. — Police in Laramie, Wyo., are looking for a man suspected of stealing from a Walmart in Laramie and stealing a vehicle in Colorado. Police say 22-year-old Rayburn Scott Harmon is believed to be driving a stolen black 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The Rawlins Daily Times reports Harmon is accused of failing to return the Escalade to a car dealership in Berthoud, Colo., after taking it for a test drive.   Larimer County Sheriff's Office investigators have charged Beau Graves, DOB: 031887, and Joshua Cruz, DOB; 062291, in connection with the home invasion/armed robbery that occurred on March 29 in unincorporated Loveland.  The two men allegedly broke into the home of the 48-year-old victim, assaulted him, tied him up and stole his car, a 2006 Nissan 350Z, as well as numerous items from within the home, including a bank debit card. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office has been receiving an increasing number of reports of vehicles parked at the Lion Gulch Trailhead parking lot being forcibly entered and items stolen by unknown individuals.  Stolen items include firearms, computers, iPods and wallets. Thursday, July 1 Dog days at the Police Department. In the early morning, 2 a.m., the Loveland Report Herald driver brought in a Jack Russell Terrier.
