FSA Reminds Dairy Producers of MILC Program Requirements (Denver, Colorado), March 5, 2012 – Trudy Kareus, Colorado Farm Service Agency, State Executive Director  reminds dairy producers that they must meet Milk Income Loss Contract (MILC) program requirements in order to maintain program eligibility in the event that prices drop and trigger a MILC payment. WASHINGTON, Feb. 21, 2012 — Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack has announced a new conservation initiative to protect up to 750,000 acres of the nation’s most highly erodible croplands.
