Roger was born on July 25, 1929 to Theron Clay and Rosa Leora (Stewart) Gibbons in Worland, Wyoming where he grew up on his family’s ranch. Harmon arrested in Johnstown
The Larimer County Sheriff's Department is reporting Berthoud police have arrested a man in connection to an armed robbery in Laramie, Wyoming. The sheriff's department says 22 year old Rayburn Scott Harmon was arrested in Johnstown without incident. LARAMIE, Wyo. — Police in Laramie, Wyo., are looking for a man suspected of stealing from a Walmart in Laramie and stealing a vehicle in Colorado. Police say 22-year-old Rayburn Scott Harmon is believed to be driving a stolen black 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The Rawlins Daily Times reports Harmon is accused of failing to return the Escalade to a car dealership in Berthoud, Colo., after taking it for a test drive.
