Lisa Bauer overhears Leroy Albee talking to a neighbor and she heard him say “I’m going to teach that SOB a lesson.” It is interesting that there is no proof provided, however likely it might have been, that Mr. Albee was talking about the Bauers. He might have been speaking of someone at work, yet the police officer was quite willing to issue Mr. Albee a summons.
