John Bauer backed his car over a screw causing the tire to “pop” and go flat. He suspects his neighbor, Leroy Albee. Note: this seems an unusual behavior for a tire when penetrated by a screw. Normally one would suspect that the tire would develop a slow leak, not a blowout.
