Last summer she rode third level dressage on her horse, Saffa. She was very excited about a young horse, Faraday, which was trained to allow her to compete at the Prix St. George level.

She was also an active member of PEO, a philanthropic organization focused on women’s education. Liz and David sponsored the Richard W. Schump Memorial Scholarship at CSU, which is given based on need to freshman entering college. Liz was an exceptional hostess and culinary enthusiast.
