Eagles fall 6-3 to Allen Americans
LOVELAND, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles fell 6-3 to the CHL's top team, the Allen Americans. Despite a solid effort all-around for the home team, the Americans scored on 25 percent of their shots to claim an opportunistic victory in a hard-fought contest. The game was a stark contrast to the teams' record-tying 11-6 wide open affair last Saturday night. Colorado out-shot Allen 10-7 in an intense first period, but Adrien LeMay made several solid stops and the Americans were opportunistic with ... Full Story

Eagles End Year, Start Road Trip With Win

The Mavs started the day with the most points and the best home record in the Turner Conference, but a hard-fought effort from Colorado gave them two big points in the first of three games in as many days, in as many cities. The Eagles came out strong in the first period, out-shooting Missouri 11-4 and controlling much of the play. Just over three ... Full Story
Rush Double-Up Eagles, 4-2
By JP Puma LOVELAND, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles fell to the Rapid City Rush, 4-2, in the teams' second consecutive meeting. A pair of Rush players scored a pair of goals each in the win, helping the defending champs maintain their second place spot in the Turner Conference. Both teams tossed 10 shots on net in the opening period, but Colorado failed to take advantage of back-to-back penalties midway though the frame and Rapid City added a pair of scores late to take a 2-0 lead into the first ... ‘Bugs End Eagles’ Season
