Bennet, Udall to Host Loveland Workshop to Assist Small Businesses With Government Contracting Opportunities

Workshop Will Connect Small Business Owners With Expertise Available from Procurement and Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), Local Government Offices

Loveland, CO – On Monday, April 26, 2010, the offices of U. S. Senators Michael Bennet and Mark Udall are hosting a workshop at the University of Northern Colorado Center in Loveland to provide businesses in Northern Colorado with information and assistance on how to obtain business contracts with federal, state, and local government entities.

The workshop is intended to connect Northern Colorado businesses interested in the federal, state and local contracting process with resources and assistance made available by the Procurement and Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), which was opened in December 2009.

Small business owners interested in contracting opportunities with federal and local government agencies should RSVP via online at www.bennet.senate.gov/services/workshops or by calling Senator Bennet’s Fort Collins Office at 970-224-2200. Space is limited, and spots will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
