Level 4 Centennial (Large Team) State Meet By Julie Graham Premier Gymnastics of Loveland finished up their Compulsory Season, hosting the Level 4 Centennial (Large Team) State Meet this past weekend (12/17/11-12/18/11) at Loveland High School. Premier’s Team Placed 5th in the All-Around Team Competition. In the Junior B Division, Session 4; Madison Blair was the All-Around Champion with a Score of 39.050.   Eagles Move into 2nd Place With Another Road Win       BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Colorado Eagles defeated the Bakersfield Condors, 3-2, moving into 2nd place in the Western Conference as they picked up a point in their 10th straight game.   LAS VEGAS, Nev. - The Colorado Eagles defeated the Las Vegas Wranglers, 6-4, in a wild game at the Orleans Arena.  The Eagles built a 6-0 lead in the first half of the contest (with five goals from defensemen), only to watch the Wranglers score four unanswered prior to playing the last 1:40 with a two-man advantage. The win marked the 9th game in a row in which the Eagles have claimed at least a point as they continue their climb up the ECHL standings.   Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies competed in COUSAG's Level 5 State meet this past weekend at Boulder Flyers! In Session B Senior Division Morgan Kenner placed 4th on the Bars. In the Junior Division Sarah McCormick also placed 4th on bars. In Session B Child Division, Alexis Copeland placed 2nd on Beam with a 9.5 and was 3rd in the All Around.   WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah - The Colorado Eagles defeated the Utah Grizzlies, 5-4, in a shootout, overtaking the home team for sole possession of second place in the ECHL's Mountain Division. It was another close contest between the evenly-matched teams in the first of three games in four days between them.   BOISE, Idaho - A short-benched Colorado Eagles team defeated the Idaho Steelheads, 5-1, behind the strength of a Kevin Ulanski hat trick.  The match-up was the third in four days between the two teams.  Kyle Jones saw his first action of the series, and reversed his less than stellar numbers against the Steelheads this season by stopping 32 of 22 shots.
