Updated October 2, 2013 Berthoud Fire Protection District Incident Activity – September 2016 Thursday, September 1 BFPD responded to the 3000 block of Fairways Drive for a female that had fallen on the patio. The crew assisted TVEMS with loading of the patient for transport. A 91-year-old male had fallen off the curb in front of Station 1. Incident Reports, July 2014 Sunday, June 1 BFPD responded to a reported outside gas leak from a cut line on Martingale Drive. The homeowner had accidentally cut a line with a shovel. Xcel was notified and arrived to repair the line. Monday, June 2 BFPD responded to a carbon monoxide alarm in a residence on SW 49th St. The fire crew did not find any trace of CO on the detector.
