Strong Third Period Leads Mavs To Weekend Win

LOVELAND, Colo. - The Missouri Mavericks scored three goals in the third period to defeat the Colorado Eagles, 7-4, capping off a three-games-in-as-many nights series between the teams that had a fitting playoff feel. After each team had won one of the previous two games in overtime, Simon Watson helped lead the Mavs to the "rubber-match" win with a pair of goals. LOVELAND, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles defeated the Missouri Mavericks, 3-2, in overtime at the Budweiser Events Center one night after the Mavs topped the Eagles in overtime in their own home. LOVELAND, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles defeated the Wichita Thunder, 7-5, at the Budweiser Events Center in the first game of a home-and-home set this weekend. Kevin Ulanski recorded a hat trick and Colorado's power play went 5-for-6 on the night to outlast the Thunder. It was the second game in a row that the Eagles dressed just 14 skaters. Eagles’ Annual Military Appreciation Night

Windsor, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles announced today the details of their annual Military Appreciation Night. For the third year in a row, the team has asked its season ticket holders and corporate partners to donate their tickets for their game on Wednesday, Nov. 10 (the day before Veterans Day) at the Budweiser Events Center as the team tries to fill the venue with military members and their families.
