1st Choice Realtors receives award

For the third year in a row, 1st Choice, Realtors has received the award as the 2011 Major Supporter of CARHOF.  CARHOF stands for the Colorado Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Foundation.  CARHOF collects interest on real estate trust accounts from Realtors and affiliates.  Those funds are donated to organizations that provide house and related services for moderate to low-income Coloradoans.  70% of the revenue collected goes back to the community from which it generated. ...
