Berthoud Fire responded to the Berthoud Living Center for a medical assist. Monday, April 3 BFPD assisted the Town of Berthoud for an activated smoke alarm. This was a false alarm. Incident Activity for April 2014 Tuesday, April 1 BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Second St. BFPD responded to a residential alarm on N. Larimer County Road 23. Upon arrival to the residence the homeowner explained there was an unknown alarm sounding in the crawl space. The crew searched and located a propane leak detector on the boiler that was in alarm. This was a single vehicle accident with moderate damage and no injuries reported. BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Highway 56 and County Road 21.
