Marlene Faye Foster, 72, of Longmont, died September 1, 2010 at The Vista’s of Longmont. . She was born December 13, 1937 in Bartley, Nebraska, the daughter of Jesse John and Gladys Alice (Turpen) Frank. She graduated from Bartley High School in 1955.
