Tipton Takes a Stand for Western Counties

Scott Tipton (R-CO) urged Secretary Ken Salazar to join him in support of counties and rural communities by reconsidering the Department of Interior’s (DOI) position that Federal Mineral Lease Districts are not autonomous from the counties.
