BFPD responded to a reported vehicle fire on Lake Ave near a structure. The motor compartment was overheated and the fire was extinguished. Berthoud Fire Protection District Incident Summary, April 2011 Saturday, April 2 BFPD responded to a commercial structure fire alarm at 1328 N First Street. The alarm turned out to be a false alarm. BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on I-25 at MM 252. Units were cancelled en route by Loveland Fire, as there was enough manpower already on scene.
