Anonymous Park Rangers Speak Up by Land of Enchantment We have been recently treated to the Congressman who told a Park Ranger in DC that she should be ashamed of herself. (Because of the government shutdown he and his party had worked so hard to bring down upon us all!) She did not have the liberty to mouth off at his small-minded, mean-spirited willful ignorance. Obituary: Leslie Clyde Nielsen
Leslie Clyde Nielsen, 55 of Berthoud, died at his residence on March 20, 2010. Leslie was born June 16, 1955 in Ft. Collins, Colorado to Irma (Niemoller) Nielsen and Donald Nielsen. He worked in construction, then later for the Larimer County Parks Department as a Park Ranger, and then for the Longmont Parks and Recreation Department. He enjoyed camping, fishing, biking, cooking, gardening and socializing. He is preceded in death by both of his parents and survived by his two sons, Vincent ... Full Story
