Normally, our charts are set for the geographical center of the continental U.S. – say, somewhere in Kansas. Today’s chart is set to the extreme southern U.S. It is as if we are gazing at stars from the southernmost part of the country . . . maybe along the Texas/Mexico border, or from the Florida Keys. ... Eagles Top Tulsa to Move into Second Place

TULSA, Okla. - The Colorado Eagles ended the Tulsa Oilers' four-game winning streak with a 4-1 victory at the Bank of Oklahoma Center.  The Eagles are now alone in second place in the Turner Conference after starting the day in a four team tie. Colorado netted a pair of goals in the first and final frames while out-shooting Tulsa 42-25 on the night. The Eagles jumped out to a 2-0 advantage with goals 50 seconds apart midway through the opening period on the way to out-shooting the Oilers ... Full Story

Obituary: Ryan Dooley

Ryan "Shane" Dooley, 34 years old, of Berthoud, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 22 at McKee Medical Center. Shane was born on March 11, 1976 in Phoenix, Arizona to Debbie and Mike Dooley. He is survived by his parents, his sisters Jessica and Shara and brother-in-law Clay. He is also survived by his three children: Gage, Chase, and Kylee Dooley.
