Corby Lu Haworth, 52, of Berthoud passed away July 7, 2008 at Longmont United Hospital. Haworth was born November 11, 1955 in Longmont, Colo., to Robert G. Haworth and Avis Haworth (Sines). She worked at the Wayside Inn in Berthoud for 33 years. She enjoyed reading, fishing, boating and was a fixture in the town. Haworth was baptized and raised as a Methodist. Obituary: Nanna Elizabeth Banderet
Nanna Elizabeth Banderet, age 92, of Berthoud, Colo., joined her beloved late husband Francis on Oct. 17, 2007. She was born Nanna Elizabeth Beveridge on the family farm near Sutherland, Neb., on March 22, 1915, to John Weir Beveridge and Margaret Elizabeth Beveridge (Vaughan). Nanna and Francis were married Feb. 9, 1940, in Kearney, Neb. They farmed south of Paxton, Neb., until their move to Colorado in 1955.
