Corby Lu Haworth, 52, of Berthoud passed away July 7, 2008 at Longmont United Hospital.
Haworth was born November 11, 1955 in Longmont, Colo., to Robert G. Haworth and Avis Haworth (Sines). She worked at the Wayside Inn in Berthoud for 33 years. She enjoyed reading, fishing, boating and was a fixture in the town. Haworth was baptized and raised as a Methodist.
She is survived by her mother, Avis Haworth of Berthoud; sister, Pati Haworth of Berthoud; aunt, Virginia Haworth of Berthoud; uncles, John Sines of McCook, Neb., Paul Sines and wife Ramona of Anchorage, Alaska; aunts, Iris Troester and husband Virgil of Greeley, Colo., Vernice Sines of McCook, Neb.; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
Haworth was preceded in death by her father, Robert G. Haworth; grandparents, Roscoe and Grace Haworth, Guy and May Sines; and other aunts and uncles.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, July 11 at 10:30 a.m., at Berthoud First United Methodist Church, Pastor Stephanie Munoz officiating. Interment at Berthoud Greenlawn Cemetery.
