Monday, July 6

• BFPD responded to an abandoned house on east Colorado Ave. for a reported bonfire/rubbish type fire. The fire was extinguished.

Tuesday, July 7

• BFPD responded to a grass fire on W County Road 8. This was approximately a 20 by 20 foot light, slow moving fire that was extinguished.

Thursday, July 9

• BFPD responded to a call on County Road 15 and 6C for a patient who had sustained an accidental gunshot wound. The patient was transported.
• BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 250. A van that was pulling an RV was found with minimal damage on its side, although the RV suffered heavy damage. The fire crew secured the scene in case of fire and also assisted with traffic control.
• BFPD assisted with a medical call on CR 23E for diabetic problems. The patient was transported.
• BFPD responded to a bicycle accident on Second Street and Indiana Avenue. The patient was transported.

Saturday, July 11

• BFPD assisted with a medical call on Blue Mountain Avenue. The patient was transported.

Sunday, July 12

• BFPD assisted a resident on Seventh Street.
• BFPD assisted with a motorcycle accident at the Valley Dirt Rider Track. The patient was transported.
• BFPD responded to a fire that had been smoldering for three days near Bunyan Avenue and Seventh Street. The fire was extinguished.
