Berthoud’s own Marie Andrade Allison has begun her year as the 2010 Boulder County Fair and Rodeo’s Lady- in-Waiting in earnest this week at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo. Crowned this past September, Marie will serve one year as the Lady in Waiting, followed by a year as the 2011 Boulder County Fair and Rodeo Queen. Show Choir Showcase a great success
The Fourth Annual Show Choir Showcase was indeed a showcase of talent and judging by the number of people attending, a great success. There was no shortage of Choirs and the audience that packed Berthoud High School Commons was treated to over an hour and a half of musical entertainment. The show started off with the Kids in Red, elementary students who attend a two-day workshop with members of the Bridge-Between Show Choir.
