In addition to his monthly public meetings in Estes Park and Berthoud, Commissioner Tom Donnelly adds a third, in Loveland, on the second Wednesday of each month at 8 a.m. at Schmidt's Bakery & Delicatessen, 808 14th Street SW, Loveland. There has been a change of plans for Commissioner Tom Donnelly's November public meetings in Estes Park and Berthoud The Estes Park meeting at the Senior Center would normally take place on Wednesday morning November 16.
