GREELEY, Colo. – A Fort Lupton man, who was found guilty at trial of sexually assaulting his step-granddaughter, was sentenced this morning to 30 years to life for his crimes. On March 3, 2011, the defendant was found guilty of: • Sexual Assault on a Child by a person in a position of trust- victim under the age of 15 (F3) • Sexual Assault on a Child by a person in a position of trust as a pattern of abuse (SE) • Promotion of Obscenity to a Minor (F6) According to police reports, the ...
