  Kelsey Lee Falasco, of Berthoud, died on December 14, 2011. She was born on August 27, 1995 to Danny Falasco and Nikki Wells. Raised by her Father and her Grandparents Ron and Judy Falasco and for the last six years by Dwayne and Barbara Hummel. Sister of Jazmyn Lovenburg, Tommie Bartel, Forrest Hummel, Valley Hummel and Cliff Hummel. Sister-in law of Caitlin Hummel and Aunt to Aspen Hummel.
