Defending League Champs Claim Mountain Division Crown With 5-1 Win LOVELAND, Colo. - The defending ECHL champion Alaska Aces defeated the Colorado Eagles, 5-1, in the fifth consecutive game between the Mountain Division's top two teams, and in the process, claimed their second division title in as many seasons.  The Aces received goals from five different scorers in the win, which raised their league-leading record to 41-16-9 (91 pts.).   ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The Alaska Aces came back from a 3-0 deficit to claim a 4-3 shootout win against the Colorado Eagles in the last of three games between the teams this week. By taking the game past regulation, the Eagles were able to claim their first point of the mini-series. Colorado came out of the gates strong, out-shooting the Aces 14-7 in the first period on the way to a 3-0 lead.   ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The defending ECHL champion Alaska Aces shutout the Colorado Eagles, 4-0, as Adam Courchaine stopped just 19 shots in the victory. It marked the Eagles first shutout in the ECHL, and their first since March 5. The 19 shots represented a season low for Colorado, after they registered just 20 in Wednesday night's Alaskan affair.
