Shifts In Police Tactics To Handle Crowds

        NPR's Talk of the Nation looked at the tactics police are using against the Occupy movement. Guests include Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey and Norm Stamper, Chief of the Seattle police during the "Battle of Seattle" in 1999.   Thomas Harry Durst, 63, of Berthoud died October 4, 2011 at his home. He was born February 27, 1948 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Harry and Kathleen Durst. Thomas worked as an overland hauling truck driver for 41 years. In December of 1982, he married Virginia Clara Perrine in Easton, Pennsylvania.
