Obituary: RaeLynn Petrovich

RaeLynn was born on February 27, 1972 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming to Richard and Louise Link.  She passed away on October 17, 2019 in Berthoud, Colorado at the age of 47. RaeLynn graduated from Thompson Valley High School in 1990 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 1996. Tuesday, October 1 Runaway Juvenile (Located): Spartan Ave., a mother reported her son ran away after school. Last seen at Berthoud High School around 1400 hours. He was found later found by the parents. Vehicular Eluding / Fictitious Plates: Love's Travel Center, a silver hatchback sedan was seen slowly driving through the parking lot of Love's while deputies were just arriving on scene to a vehicle trespass that occurred shortly before. Berthoud Fire Calls: October 2019

Tuesday, October 1 Berthoud Fire responded to the 2000 block of Kyle Circle for a 60-year-old woman not responding normally. The crew assisted the patient to the waiting ambulance. Citizen assist in the 2500 block of McKinzey Drive for replacing batteries in the smoke detectors. Berthoud Engine 1 was dispatched to the 500 block of Wrangell Lane for a sick person. Members of the Lakota tribe observed the stars while remaining in one geographical area over a period of thousands of years. In the "Winter Circle" they saw a representation of their seasonal migration through the Black Hills in Western South Dakota. The stars also represented the spiritual life of the people.
