Monday, Aug. 3
- BFPD responded to an accident near Hwy 287 and Highway 60 involving three vehicles. Two vehicles sustained heavy damage and extrication was needed. Three patients were transported.
Tuesday, Aug. 4
- BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 250. There was minor damage and no one was injured.
Wednesday, Aug. 5
- BFPD responded to a dive rescue call at Carter Lake at the north marina. Berthoud Fire crew assisted with the care of a patient who was severely injured. The patient was transported emergent.
- BFPD responded with Johnstown Fire to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 252. There were no injuries.
Thursday, Aug. 6
- BFPD assisted with a medical call at the Berthoud Living Center. The patient was transported.
Friday, Aug. 7
- BFPD assisted with a medical call on North County Road 17. The patient was transported.
- BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Weld County Road 3 to a single vehicle rollover accident with heavy damage and one injured patient. The patient was transported.
- BFPD assisted with a medical call on Shelby Drive for diabetic problems.
Saturday, Aug. 8
- BFPD responded to Weld County Road 7 for reports of hay bales smoking and burning. The bales seemed to have self-combusted due to the weather conditions. Several bales that were smoking and burning were extinguished.
- BFPD assisted with TVEMS for a medical call for head injuries at the Habitat for Humanity business. The patient was treated on scene and released.
Sunday, Aug. 9
- BFPD assisted with a medical call on Weld CR7 for an allergic reaction to an insect bite. The patient was transported.
- BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 and Highway 56. This was a two-car accident with minor damage to the vehicles and there were no injuries.
- BFPD responded to Interstate 25 at mile marker 251. One patient was transported.
- BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 253. This was a three-car accident with no injuries. The fire crew assisted with traffic control and hazards.
- BFPD responded to the swim beach at Carter Lake for a patient with a deep laceration. The patient was transported.
