BFPD responded to E. Sixth Street to assist Loveland Fire with a commercial fire.

BFPD responded to a request for medical assistance with TVEMS. The crew assisted with transporting the patient.

BFPD responded to a citizen assist on Second Street.

Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008

BFPD responded to a Police Department request for assistance with a medical call on I-25 at mile marker 253. The patient care was transferred to TVEMS.

BFPD responded to a vehicle fire on I-25 at mile marker 251. Upon arrival the crew found a semi truck that was pulled onto the shoulder of the road and had a working fire near the fuel tanks. The fire was quickly extinguished and fuel lines were closed. The driver reported hitting a bale of hay on the interstate, which got caught between the fuel tanks causing friction to ignite the bale of hay.

BFPD responded to a commercial fire alarm at Campion Academy. This was a false alarm.

Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008

BFPD responded to a single car rollover accident on Weld County Road 3 and Weld County Road 40.5. The two occupants of the vehicle were transported.

Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008

BFPD responded to First Street for a two-car vehicle accident with minor damage and no injuries.

BFPD responded to a carbon monoxide detector alarm on Jay Place. This was due to a low battery in the alarm.

BFPD responded to a three-vehicle accident with no injuries. The vehicles were not drivable and were blocking one lane on I-25, which was snow packed and icy.

BFPD responded to a vehicle off the road and stuck in the snow on I-25 at mile marker 254.

Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008

BFPD assisted TVEMS at Berthoud High School for a 6-year-old patient having an allergic reaction. The patient was released to their parents.
