Incident Activity Dec. 1 – 8 Sunday, December 1 Berthoud Squad 1 responded to E 3rd Street and E Colorado Avenue for a medical assist. The patient was with LCSO deputies. The patient was assessed by TVEMS and cleared. Berthoud Squad 2 responded to the 800 block of N. County Road 23E for a gas leak. The homeowner was concerned about a vent hooked up to an old furnace. Updated July 3, 2017 Berthoud Fire Protection District Incident Activity June 2017 Thursday, June 1 Berthoud Fire responded to Larimer Cty Road 2 for a motor vehicle extrication. A jeep had rolled on its side and pinned the driver. The steering wheel had to be cut from the dash to release the driver. The crew assisted TVEMS with packaging of the patient for transport. Updated March 5, 2015 Berthoud Fire Protection District Incident Reports -February 2016 Monday, February 1 BFPD responded to Victoria Street for a CO alarm going off. The crew found that the alarm needed a new battery and they were able to reset the alarm. BFPD responded to I-25, MM 250 South Bound, for a fuel leak.
