December 25, 1953 – May 3, 2012 Vicki L. Smith of Berthoud died May 3, 2012 at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colorado. She was 58 years old. She was born December 25, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri to Jesse and Wilma Jean (Parker) Starns. Her family moved to Boulder, Colorado where she attended Boulder High School.
