The University of Northern Colorado hosted its fall graduation ceremonies Friday, Dec. 10, and Saturday, Dec. 11, at Butler-Hancock Hall.
Approximately 175 candidates received their master’s, doctoral and specialist degrees in the Graduate School ceremony at 7 p.m. Friday, December 10. The featured speaker was UNC professor emerita of Psychological Sciences and author Jeanne Ellis Ormrod. Ormand taught at UNC for 22 years between 1976 and 1998, and has authored several popular textbooks. Her expertise is the nature of human learning, memory and thinking processes.
Approximately 615 undergraduates received their degrees during two ceremonies in Butler-Hancock Hall on Saturday, Dec. 11.
The following Berthoud students were among the graduates.
Esperanza Luisa Morales was awarded a Master of Arts and Teaching, Education.
Patricia Parrish was awarded the Bachelor of Science in Dietetics.
Lindsey Alta-Lowe Springer recieved her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Summa Cum Laude.
