Berthoud Board Study Session, May 18
By Judy LehnThe Board met for the express purpose of hearing reports from the Advisory Boards and Commissions. First to report was Mark French from the Berthoud Historical Society. He reported that in April, a part-time director (20 hours) was hired. Her name is Tara Secora and she started in January. She is conducting studies on school tours and on Floyd Clymer, who was a nationally-known auto salesman when he was only 11 years old. The museum will soon have a couple of his motorcycles. The ... Berthoud High School Graduation 2010
There was a chill in the air and the wind was blowing a bit, but the Berthoud High School graduation ceremony was blessed with a bright sunny day, matched the attitude of the graduates and their families. The graduates make their walk from the school building to the stadium. New this year was the addition of teachers in the procession. Realities for Children Poker Run comes to Berthoud
Fickel Park will be seeing 3,000 motorcyclists on Sunday, May 30. It is all part of the Realities for Children motorcycle rally and poker run. There will be music and refreshments and Berthoud folks are welcome to attend. Realities for Children is dedicated to serving the unmet needs of abused and neglected children in Larimer County.
