Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith will be the speaker at the Berthoud AARP meeting on Wednesday, Octover 12.

The program will begin at approximately 5:30 p.m. following the chapters pot luck supper. The public is invited to come listen to the sheriff. The topics will include the operation of the Larimer County Jail and the proposed sales tax extension to support jail operation. This is your chance to learn and ask questions about the jail and the sheriff’s office.

The AARP regular meeting begins at 5 p.m. and the chapter is inviting new members to join them.
