Fire Suspect Booked Date: 04/21/2011 Thomas Howie, DOB: 01/03/75, of Fort Collins, turned himself in to the Larimer County Jail today after an arrest warrant was issued for him for Arson, a class four felony. Investigators from the Larimer County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Forest Service have determined the Crystal Fire was started by the son of a property owner burning debris at 2394 Granite Road, Bellvue, Colorado. FINAL UPDATE: Round Mountain Fire Fire Information line: #970-498-1030 Estes Park, Colo. – Fire crews on the Round Mountain Fire completed mop-up operations and reinforced existing fire lines where needed. The fire was declared 100 percent contained at 8:00 p.m. on June 27th.
