Yesterday, the moon shone closer to the setting sun, so the moon followed the sunbeneath the horizon shortly after sundown. New program helps Larimer County residents enroll in public health insurance The Health District of Northern Larimer County has launched a new program aimed at helping more Larimer County residents obtain healthcare coverage through Medicaid, which serves adults and children, and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+), which serves qualifying children and pregnant women. Berthoud High School 2010 graduate Abigail Yeagle, an Earlham College first-year and student and daughter of Theresa and Mark Yeagle of Berthoud, has been selected as a Bonner Scholar this semester at the college. The Bonner Scholars Program is a four-year developmental leadership program that is rooted in community service. O157:H7 Multi-State Outbreak DENVER—State health and Tri-County Health Department officials Friday warned consumers who purchased or sampled Dutch Style Gouda Cheese (Costco item 40654) at Costco locations that it has been linked to five-state outbreak of E.coli O157:H7 infections.
