Aurora loan broker pleads guilty to omitting over $4.7
DENVER – Leonid Shifrin, age 40, of Aurora, Colorado pled guilty recently to one count of filing a false income tax return, United States Attorney John Walsh and IRS Criminal Investigation, Denver Field Office, Special Agent in Charge Sean Sowards announced. The guilty plea was tendered before U.S. District Court Judge Philip A. Brimmer on March 2, 2011. Judge Brimmer is scheduled to sentence Shifrin on June 24, 2011.
