Lindsey Richardson and Jeff Sparks are pleased to announce their engagement. The bride-to-be is daughter of Monty and Dana Richardson of Berthoud. The groom-to-be is son of Doug and Cindy Sparks of Phoenix, Arizona. Lindsey graduated from Berthoud High School in 2002.
