Berthoud Police Beat October Friday, October 1 Police responded to a report of liquor in Berthoud Park, but found no violation. Two barking dog complaints were received between 7:30 and 8 p.m. The first in the 800 block of Longview, the second on Sage Place. Both pet owners were give verbal warnings. Police Beat September 1 to 30 Wednesday, Sept. 1 A Mazda Miata was reported stolen from the 700 block of Eighth Street. The vehicle was found in California the following weekend with the front end damaged from a motor vehicle accident.
