Two of the grandest shows on earth are taking place in Loveland this weekend as artists from all over the world converge on the Sweetheart City. The Sculpture in the Park show is in its 27th year and features over 170 artists and 2,000 pieces of sculpture. Obituary: Marina V. Seering

Marina V. Seering, age 99, (working on a 100), of Berthoud went to heaven on July 23, 2010 at Good Samaritan Village in Loveland. Born in the Dominican Republic, immigrated in 1929 and became a naturalized citizen in 1943. Married and later divorced from Vincent LaRaque, they had three children, Denis (deceased military), Yvonne L. Dawdy (Jack) of Berthoud, and Gabriel LaRaque of California. Hepatitis at Grand Lake Restaurants

Grand County Public Health announced that a case of hepatitis A in a food worker employed at two Grand Lake, Colorado restaurants, Sagebrush BBQ & Grill and Max & T’s Bar and Grill, has been confirmed. Both restaurants have had very good records of inspections in the past and both are cooperating in the investigation. There are no other confirmed cases of hepatitis A at this time.
