Orion will be visible in the evening by winter, but right now the Hunter lords over the southeastern sky at dawn’s first light. It is with great sorrow that we say goodbye to Jeremy Roush and Debbie Hermance as they permanently take up residence in Massachusetts. While we rejoice that Jeremy has found such a great position that will make use of his culinary skills and background, we realize that their relocation is a loss to our community. By Claudia Todd-Young “Amherst’s gain is Berthoud’s loss,” said a local businessman as he spoke of Jeremy Roush’s upcoming move to Massachusetts. Roush has accepted the position of executive chef at Amherst College in Amherst, Mass., about 85 miles from Boston.
