Criminal Mischief – Class 2 Misdemeanor;
Obstruct Peace Officer – Class 2 Misdemeanor;
nd Degree Criminal Tampering – Class 2 Misdemeanor;
nd Degree Criminal Trespass – Class 3 Misdemeanor; and
Two outstanding misdemeanor warrants (bonds $150 / $250).

A booking photo of Barton is not available at this time.

The charges are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty.
